There was a problem with our reservation, our trip, ALREADY PAID, appeared in their system as cancellation, maybe it was not their fault, but neither of us as customers, we from there were locating suppliers of the trip, and it was Sunday , if it were not because a relative got in touch with the tour operator, all thanks to modern communication technologies, that day they do not host us, because at first they saw apathy on their part, as if they did not have anything see in the matter. Because when the problem arose, neither the telephone line wanted to lend us.
