Joe Verde is not only unprofessional, but does not practice what he preaches! I was in attendance of a local Joe Verde conference. The presenter leading the conference was going around the room having the attendees introduce themselves. When he go to me, i introduced myself and was asked if i had a PHD . I replied i had graduated college but did not have a PHD He said sure you do....Papa Has Dealership! I was mortified, and in front of the entire car sales force of the combined tristate area. I grew up in the car business, and id like to think i have seen it all. To admonish the standard of the car business and to conduct yourself or have some one representing you to conduct themselves this way? Not only is it deplorable it makes Joe Verde and everything he stands for a lie. Furthermore i was never offered an apology, our conference was discounted and the owner talked to Joe. But Joe, i was the aggrieved party, I was the one you chose to publicly mock......Long and short, you can find some one that stands behind their morals for sales training! Stay away from Joe Verde!
