I have been a customer of Smallwood Capital Management for over 5 years and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a decent return on investment, I feel that there are other companies out there that offer better options. The customer support is also just average, they respond to queries in a timely manner but don't go above and beyond. Overall, I would rate Smallwood Capital Management as an average investment firm.
