I have been a customer of Mbank for many years and I must say their service has always been average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. The online banking platform is easy to use and the customer support is decent. However, sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response from their support team. Overall, Mbank is a reliable bank, but there is definitely room for improvement.
