FitBolt has been a mixed bag for me. While the device itself is durable and the app is easy to navigate, there are a few issues that bother me. The heart rate monitor seems to be slightly off at times, and the sleep tracking feature isn't as accurate as I expected. However, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. With some improvements, FitBolt could be a top-notch fitness tracker.
