Fatal service. For several weeks, continuous exchange of e-mails on the subject of shaking and howling at irregular intervals of time. I understand that hardware failures happen to every household appliance manufacturer, but when I bought AEG I was hoping at least that the service would be at the right level in such cases. Unfortunately, so far, the "repair action" was limited to the visit of an unrepentant repairman and the second, who after his theory of the failure failed, dropped everything to build the kitchen - not even watching it and pointing out any specifics! Generally, "flap" on the entire line. I am currently in the course of an email exchange (one-sided :-),: Service request 60076/2018) and I regret that I have not chosen Samsung, Bosch or anything else :-(

Actually yesterday evening I received indications from you about building errors - I explain this with the contractor. As for the service, it is not true - he said that the problem is, he just tried to repair the fan (if he did not see the problem, why he repaired it :-)) - he could not immediately indicate problems with the buildings?!? In addition, if the kitchen development causes such a vibration of the fridge that everything in the middle of it shifts and shakes (and by the way the noise on the whole flat), then we are dealing with supernatural phenomena or this damage :-) Besides, you confirmed that after correcting the kitchen you will take care of the fault :-) In addition, I have the biggest attention not to the Electrolux company itself, but to the sites you work with - this exchange of information is the best example of how to "pass the truth" depending on who they are talking to. ..
