The experience I had with Prosus, inc. was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that my experience with Prosus, inc. was just okay.
