I have been working at Precision Drilling INC for over a year now and I must say it has been a decent experience overall. The company provides a good work environment and the management is supportive. However, there are a few areas where improvements can be made. The communication between different departments can be better and there can be more opportunities for growth and development. The work-life balance is satisfactory, but there are times when it gets a bit hectic. Overall, I would rate Precision Drilling INC as average.
