I have been working with ITC for the past 3 years ...

I have been working with ITC for the past 3 years and I must say, their services are average. They have fulfilled the basic requirements and met the expectations. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and response time. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely not great.
