I've been going to the martial arts classes at hisamurai.com for a while now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are fantastic and really know their stuff. The class sizes are small, which means you get more individual attention. The training is challenging but fun, and it's a great way to stay in shape. I highly recommend giving it a try!
