Was given notice of turn off for my sanitation, when i called and spoke with a customer rep, she stated " When you pay your bill be sure to check that notice was received to pick up your can to avoid it from being piked up" I made my payment on 6/16 even have a confirmation code, and on 6/20 when trash ran my can was picked up! After making a payment. Then i was told i have to pay for re-delivery of my can ! ! !
