As a customer of Start A Fire, I have to say that their service is average at best. I expected more from such a well-known company. While they do have some good features, their overall performance is lacking. The interface is cluttered and confusing, and the customer support is slow to respond. I wouldn't recommend Start A Fire to others unless they make some significant improvements.
