I have been a customer of Spectrum telecoms for over two years now and I must say, their service is average at best. While their prices are competitive, the reliability of their internet connection is a constant issue. The speeds are often slower than what I'm paying for and the connection drops frequently. Their customer support is just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate Spectrum telecoms as average.
