I had an airconditioning problem. Chris Ringhofer service consultant was very gracious, knowledgeable and helpful in understanding what was wrong and explaining the problem. I had previously had another dealership repair this problem and was apparently not fixed correctly . Not happy with the cost but, happy with Brotherton dealership.
