RealMedi is an average company. I found their website to be functional, but not particularly user-friendly. The information provided on their services was clear and concise. However, I would have appreciated more detailed explanations and examples. The customer support team was fairly responsive, although I did have to wait a little longer than expected for a resolution to my issue. Overall, my experience with RealMedi was decent, but there is room for improvement.
