I had a somewhat average experience with Chi/Charter House Innovations. The website gotochi.com was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking and I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiries. Overall, the product quality was decent, but I expected better considering the reputation of the company. I would rate them as average.
