As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Alaska Energy Authority Inc is doing an average job. They provided me with the necessary information and assistance, but there's definitely room for improvement. The website, akenergyauthority.org, is user-friendly, but the navigation could be smoother. Overall, I find their services satisfactory.
