I had a somewhat mixed experience with the company Hartsteinwerke Sooneck GmbH. The quality of the stones I ordered was great, no complaints there. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to get a response to my query, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but disappointed with the customer service.
