My experience with Ralcotechnic was average. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but the customer service could be improved. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was damaged. Overall, I would consider using their services again but with some reservations.
