Unbelievable . 2nd day of trying to access to trad...

Unbelievable . 2nd day of trying to access to trade. Cant phone - email - anything. No way to get on. Spent 2 hrs on hold Fri and trying again Monday - wait time so far 83 min. What recourse does a client have!!!!!
