CUSTOMER had a mixed experience with the Sunshine Coast Council. While their website is relatively user-friendly, it lacks some essential information. There were instances where it took longer than expected to receive a response from the council. However, the council's dedication to serving the community and resolving issues is evident. With some improvements, they can be even better.
