A very pleasing personality,the way he greeted us solved most of my fears.He knew exactly what I wanted to do and suggested me in the right path and encouraged me to give my GMAT, even though I feared it the most.He systematically guided me about the subjects to choose and how to go about the process with all dares and dead lines.
