We would like to take this opportunity to mention a few folks who went above and beyond to ensure our stay at the resort was excellent. A special shout out to Sukanya and Sumana at the reception. They made sure our check in and other formalities were handled smoothly. Great service and personal touch to everything they did.<br/>The hotel staff Amit (excellent man management), Kali (on top of his tasks), Monalisa (Besides the smile, ever ready to serve and take personal care of the guests) Chef Santosh, Chef Ram and the Chef Gaurav (if I got it correct, he made us some lovely omelettes for breakfast).<br/>All and all a great experience. On the day of our checkout, we felt as if we were leaving our home and going elsewhere. We felt very pampered and really enjoyed our stay.
