I recently used the services of a company recommended by a friend. The experience was positive overall, but there were a few minor issues that could have been better. The staff was courteous and helpful, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. However, the job was completed satisfactorily and within the agreed-upon timeframe. I would consider using their services again in the future.
