I have been a customer of 1st Guard Insurance Corporation for several years now, and I must say their service has been average. While they have provided the coverage I need for my business, their communication can be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from their customer support team, which can be frustrating. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
