Horrible! I ordered a glass of red wine and before handing it to me the waitress spilled it all over me. OK, it was an accident, it happens. I spent the next 20 minutes in the bathroom scrubbing the red wine out of my sweater, and when I got back the manager was giving us a hard time, like we were trying to scam them for free stuff.
