I had a mixed experience with Planeta Renewables. The customer service representatives were helpful and knowledgeable, but I had some issues with the product quality. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the technicians were professional. However, after a few months, I noticed that the solar panels were not generating as much energy as expected. I contacted customer support, and they were responsive and sent a technician to inspect the system. They determined that there was a manufacturing defect in one of the panels and replaced it free of charge. Overall, I think Planeta Renewables has the potential to be a great company, but they need to address their product quality issues.
