I had a less than satisfactory experience with a CPA firm. The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. It was frustrating to deal with them. However, I appreciate the effort made by Gilman Richard S Ms Ma CPA to address my concerns and provide a solution. They were professional and tried their best to rectify the situation. Overall, I give them another chance.
