I recently purchased a product from this company and my experience was quite average. While their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, the delivery process took longer than expected. I had to wait almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which was disappointing. Additionally, the customer service was subpar. I reached out via email with a question and it took them a week to respond. The response itself was not very helpful either. On a positive note, the product itself was of decent quality and lived up to my expectations. However, based on my overall experience, I would rate this company as average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of their delivery times and customer service responsiveness.
