I was in line for the Ferris wheel until it was my turn to pay for my ticket. I inserted my card into the machine, and then I saw on the machine please remove card . So I did, but I was confused because I didn t get any ticket so I walked away to rejoin with my friends. I get called back and the person who was handling tickets started yelling at me and asking why I removed my card, to which I told her the machine said to remove it. She started belittling me telling me to not do that, but how am I suppose to know if you re not clear and not telling me the moment I went to the booth? She then demanded if I was going to buy the ticket or not in such an attitude that I wanted to yell at her. I don t know her name but she has red hair, she s maybe middle age, and she was a ticket booth person for the Ferris wheel. I m not going back to the Ferris wheel if that person is there
