Sun Toyota took my trade for a brand new Toyota Tundra it was all signed and done. Month goes by and come to find out my trade in truck was never paid off in the time period that was given. Sun Toyota said not to worry about the payment because they were going to pay it off and never did. Since its been over a month the late payment was reported by Southeast Toyota Finanace as a late payment. Sun Toyota will not acknowledge to get it fixed even though it was a failure on their end. Future buyers please be aware that your trade is paid off in full as they say because it may happen to you.
