was told you run on top of the hour at LGA to JFK. you do not. wasted 1 hour waiting for a bus. arrived at 4:35 to your desk to be told 4:30 bus just left.. you advertise "top of the hour" so I was told next bus was 5:15pm so I waited 5:15 comes no bus. wait til 5:35 a bus finally arrived to go to JFK. I should have just taken UBER/LYFT shared for $30 to get there for an additional $13 to save an hour
