I recently worked with a web design company and had an average experience with them. The team at Web & Creativity did fulfill my project requirements, but the overall process was quite average. I found their website simple and easy to navigate, which gave me a positive first impression. However, the communication could have been better as there were delays in their response time. The design they delivered was decent, but it lacked creativity and uniqueness. I felt like they followed a generic template rather than providing a more tailored and innovative approach. On the positive side, they did meet the project deadline and were professional in their interactions. In terms of pricing, they were competitively priced compared to other web design companies. Overall, I would rate Web & Creativity as average, as they delivered on the basic requirements but fell short in terms of creativity and communication.
