I had an average experience at Symmetry Physical Therapy. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean, but I didn't feel like my therapist really took the time to understand my specific needs. The exercises I was given felt generic and didn't seem to target my problem areas effectively. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing outstanding.
