We homeschool and went on a school field trip to the dairy farm. The tour and the people were great. Even the farm dogs made the trip memorable. We're lactose intolerant and didn't experience any discomfort from the fresh milk and cheese or the sandwich cookies offered at the end of the tour. The kids loved the playground while we waited to start the tour. Loved the farm store, a good variety of dairy goods offered. Just one drawback, I thought we would have gotten closer to see the cows being milked. But I understand about keeping the cows calm while they're being milked and having rowdy/noisy kids would not be calming for milking. All in all this was a great learning experience. We would visit again and we're spreading the word about them.
