I've been a customer of CloudHost for a while now and I have to say, their service is average at best. The website is easy to use, but there have been frequent instances of downtime. The customer support team is not very responsive and it takes them a long time to resolve issues. Overall, I wouldn't recommend CloudHost as there are better hosting providers out there.
