Used the MSDS Online service and found them difficult to work with. When I finally got the SDS draft it had a lot of verbiage that was optional and made the product look much more dangerous than it is. Had them remove what was not legally required and was shocked at the difference.
Name one company who wants to kill sales by having a more aggressive SDS than the product is! Then they tried sending a final copy that could not be edited or branded. It took a lot to get it as a word document so we could brand our own SDS!
Do not recommend their MSDS Online service at all.
