Purchased a 2014 Maserati Granturismo from this dealer. Worst experience I have ever encountered. Initially I called on the car and was told by my sales person that the car was "Perfect" and "Needed nothing". The photos posted looked really good. When I asked for specific details he took days to respond and seemed more concerned about receiving my deposit. Mainly I asked if the wheels had any curb rash and if the tires were in good shape etc. I had planned to fly up from Florida and drive the car back. I really wanted this car and against my better judgement (And a good track record of buying out of state) I wired a hefty deposit up to them after I was assured the car was "perfect" and had been "inspected thoroughly". That is when things went from bad to worse. One of the owners called me and asked if my sales person had made me aware of the cracked front bumper, Curbed wheels and bald tires on the back. I informed him I was never made aware of this by my sales person and I was pissed. He made good on replacing the back tires, "Fixing the wheels", and front bumper before shipping the car. They took so long to give me a shipping date for my car that I was forced to arrange shipping myself. My paperwork was all signed, Repairs were supposedly all done but they dragged their feet on getting the car to me. I did it myself and had car carrier there the same day! Here's where it gets even better. The car was sent to me filthy. And I am not talking from shipping....the interior was disgusting, Dirt and dust everywhere, A french fry under the seat, Old receipts from 2017, There was even 4 parking passes stuck inside the AC vents. I wish I kept a photo of the trash pile. There were also burn marks on the carpet, and a wear hole in the drivers side floor mat the size of a quarter. The wheels and logos were half covered in nasty plastidip and the front tires were BALD. My first drive the car wobbled down the road. I had to spend my first day as a new owner getting new front tires and fixing the horrible alignment.. The steering wheel was off by a full inch to the left. I complained to the dealer and they were only willing to pay for half of the tires which is BS because they would have never sold this car on their lot this way. Not to mention the tire belts were showing and I could have had an accident if the tire blew. The wheel repair was a complete joke.. The paint has started peeling off on all the wheels after the second hand wash like someone fixed them with a rattle can. I was informed they only had one key with the car so it cost me $450 at the dealer for a new one, plus $125 to program it. While the car was at the Maserati dealer for this they inspected it for me and found severely leaking head gaskets which failed their inspection. I am looking at $3000 to fix this. In the end I was lied to, I feel as though I was ripped off and sold a car that had not been prepped or inspected or cleaned for sale. My guess is it came straight from the auction. Buyer beware with this place. They even forgot to finish my registration and never informed me I would have to go to the DMV to get the car registered.
I have bought about 10 out of state cars over the years including 2 McLarens, a Ferrari F430, Lotus Exige, 911 C4S, 2017 Mini countryman, E55 AMG all bought from dealers "sight unseen". This is the most unprofessional and underhanded store I have ever dealt with. I constantly had to call them because no one would follow up with me. I am an easy person to deal with, I believe in fairness and I still gave them opportunities to make things right but they failed at every turn.

Their motto is "carefully selected inventory", coupled with "excellent customer service" providing an environment that embodies honesty, integrity, energy, trust and respect. I never received any of those things.
Total out of pocket after buying this car to make is right I have spent $4000.
Buyer beware. I hate that I had to write this.
