I had a mixed experience with Zapf Systemhaus. While their website was easy to navigate and they provided excellent customer service, I encountered some technical issues with the software they delivered. However, their support team was quick to address the problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
