I have found Portales junior high to be a good school overall. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and they make an effort to engage students in the learning process. The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities that allow students to explore their interests. The facilities are well-maintained and provide a comfortable environment for learning. While there is still room for improvement, I believe Portales junior high provides a solid education for its students.
