While the school is having you sign away your rights to sue them they are not upholding their own mitigation strategies and allowing sick kids at school that could get your child sick. This matter was reported to the district president and excuses were still made so I am informing you that they have voided their contract by neglecting their duties under their own mitigation strategies.
