Took money for an insurance policy, which I couldn...

Took money for an insurance policy, which I couldn't use due to the covid 19 travel ban. Would have thought given the fact that it was illegal to leave the country....a refund for services not provided would be a reasonable request.

Took over 8 weeks for them to get back to me only to find out I'm not getting a refund on a policy I couldn't use.

So basically took my money for a service that wasn't legal to be provided.

Avoid 1cover. They are too happy to take your money. But unwilling to even talk to you when you need them.
