Rude and lazy 20-something female at the reception...

Rude and lazy 20-something female at the reception is extremely vile (white, brunette female); NOT welcoming at all; refused to explain programs, volunteer opportunities, etc; too busy on social media. Not a proper, nor positive representation of the 519 as she, as a first impression, is detrimental to it's image. Loose her or loose volunteers and charitable donations.
