As a high school D1 athlete, I needed a gym to train at during my off season. I found Impact Zone because many of my friends had told me that this was the spot to train. Not only are the trainers the BEST (World Class, knowledgeable) but so is the brand new equipment (everything is immaculate and clean). The locker rooms look like a country club. IZ is always getting new equipment as well. I take part in the Strike Zone workouts and after taking a season off from track because of injury and coming back, I was surprised to see that I was once again at the top of my team. Thankyou to Dave Paladino and the Impact Zone team for making me and everyone else look and feel the best and pushing us to work hard!
