I recently used Apex tent & event rentals inc. to rent a tent for a small gathering in my backyard. The experience was average overall. The tent arrived on time and was in good condition. The setup was simple and the instructions provided were helpful. However, the customer service was just okay. They were a bit slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't seem very enthusiastic about helping. I would consider using Apex tent & event rentals inc. again, but only if I couldn't find a better option.
