My experience with JP Enterprises was a bit mixed. While their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries, the product I received did not meet my expectations. It had some defects and did not work as advertised. However, they were quick to offer a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate them as average.
