I've been a customer of PBZ for a few years now and overall I'm quite satisfied with their services. Their claims process is usually smooth and their staff is friendly and helpful. Occasionally, it can take a bit longer to get a response from their customer service, but it hasn't been a major issue. In general, I would recommend PBZ Croatia osiguranje d.d. as an insurance provider.
