Every Department in Florida is inept and incompetent. This particular department denied me unemployment benefits although one year later after being terminated for participating in a protected Title VII activity; the EEOC is still actively investigating but the state of Florida willingly believed the City of St. Petersburg, my former employer while the jury is still out. Florida better pray to God the EEOC doesn't find fault because I didn't pay unemployment insurance just to be denied unemployment because My employer is lying. I will sue the state of Florida for aiding and abetting the City of St. Petersburg criminal activity
