I had to take my truck for a service recall and they told me that I had to leave it all day at the dealership, so I did. Next day I realized that it had a new scratch and dent in front bumper but no one said anything about this happening when we picked it up the previous night. To make things worse, they tried to hide it and painted over the scratch!. When I asked an explanation from the manager, he basically insinuated I made the scratch somewhere else and tried to blame it on them...really??!!!
Where is the honesty of the person who worked on my truck? How can I trust this dealership again? Check your cars before you leave service from this delarship.
If you have the option, service your vehicles somewhere else!
