Horrible service techs at this dealer. These guys damaged my vehicle while is was in for service and never told me about it. They let me pay and leave with it damaged, if I never went underneath to look when I got home I would of never known. It looks like it was done on purpose to make room for the kdss valve. This is work you wouldn't even expect from a run down mechanic on the side of the road let alone a Lexus dealership. They were nice enough to take full responsibility and fix it for me. 2 weeks later of them having my car I got it back "fixed". They repaired the seam and sprayed rubber coating to cover up the dents on the structure, again a botched up job that you wouldn't expect from a Lexus dealer. They denied me any compensation for value loss for structural damage. I would not feel comfortable at all letting them work on my car again they have complete amateurs doing service at a Lexus dealer!!!! Very unprofessional
